We have a 2001 200. The previous owners had a closet installed in place of the passenger seat behind the driver. We keep a lot of stuff in it. The spare tire is is in a storage compartment on the right side of the unit. So, with the portable closet and all the cabinets we have more than enough space to store all that we need. We use the compartment above the cockpit area for storage of maps, directories, etc. We also leave the bed made up. We put some smaller stuff under the rear bed. We are pleased with our storage.

We have a 210 and we have plenty of room for storage. Our previous RT was a 190P. We have the twin beds made up as a king. So our bedding remands on the bed. We do store a few things under the bed. We each keep our folded clothing in the cabinets above the bed. We keep a few personal items in the cabinet forward of the bed. And any hanging clothing in the closet. We bring two towels and store them under the third seat. We do laundry about once a week. We'll plan a stop at an RV park with laundry for that.
When you get a new van you just have to think through what you have to store and work it out. Each trip I take a look at what we bring along and make adjustments. If you don't use it leave it home.
