hardrive failed and I'm reinstalling all my software on a new drive. Have the disks for copilot 11 truck but can't find the serial #. I haven't registered with Alk so they are no help. If you can help me out send me a PM, Thanks Mike

Do what I do when I change computers, email their service department and they will send you the information you need. You will have to re register on the new hard drive. www.alk.com/register I have never had any problem and your serial number should be in the box.

I've given up on CoPilot completely. THeir help line is a joke and just looking at their web site tells you they have little interest in the basic CoPilot software. Not only that, you can't use it with Win7 64 or 32 bit operating systems.
