GN hitches can handle weights up in the 7500 lb verticle load range with a 35000 lb pul. A 5th wheel hitch can handle weighs over 50k verticle and pull over 150k.

RV style 5th wheel hitches can't handle those loads. Check out SAF Holland hitch and B&W hitch webs for more input.
