Ok snowbirds got an assignment for all of you. Each year more of us join you existing snowbirds in fleeing the cold. Next year at this time we'll be somewhere warm instead of watching it snow and freezing our butts off.
Where ever you are snowbirding this winter, I ask you on behalf of us and other snowbird fledglings to post a review on rvparkreviews.com before you migrate north.
Your firsthand experiences and reviews are a valuable tool for us newbies to plan our first winter getaway.

I wouldn't trust rv park reviews too much. I posted about a bad experience I had last month and it hasn't been posted yet. I doubt if it will be. It wasn't a good review. Suffice to say I would not recommend Stone Creek in Schertz Texas unless you will just be staying overnight.

I've posted both positive & negative reviews & NEVER have they not been posted.
Eh!
PS: just checked & that park has two "1" ratings so I don't think that you are correct about not posting a bad review.

There are lots of bad reviews on rvparkreviews. I seem to remember that you must post at least three reviews before all three of your posts will appear. All of my reviews have been posted, and never once has any of them been edited.
I always try to read between the lines in any review, since there are different standards for rating a park either high or low. But on the whole, rvparkreviews is a great site and very helpful to us.

The site is great and I always look for trends. Some folks get bent out of shape over things that would not bother me so much. Now, when I see a pattern in reviews of poor service, poor elec, excessive noise or other items, I generally pass. A single glowing report is also suspect. It is free information and another great TOOL for my use in deciding where to stay. I also check websites and the TL camground directory along with posting questions here from time to time.
Yes folks, PLEASE post so we have the most and current information that campgrounds users can share.

rvparkreviews is an interesting and somewhat informative site but I wouldn't make my choices by it. It tends to contain very diverse reviews since one persons castle is another persons shack. Unless the reviews are all pro or all con you'd be hard pressed to make a decision using them.

My 1st review took over a month to get posted. The latest couple took only a few days. Looks like they really check your first ones over carefully then start to trust you after that. We''ll see, the current campground I'm at I really don't like but it has gotten 9 and 10 for the most part from others.

Yes, it does take a while for reviews from newcomers to be posted on rvparkreviews.com Part of that is because a few years ago park owners were logging in and giving glowing reports of their parks under different names, etc. That got a lot of people upset because the reviews were dishonest. Now, they want to see reviews of different parks by a person and also they compare to see if there is something wrong with the postings.
I post often and use the reviews. I also use the feature that previous reviews of a reviewer available - I see if they have reviewed someplace we stayed and whether or not their review was similar to ours - - really helps to get an idea of how they are rating compared to how we rate.
