RUNDLC,

I think you've already got the Y-pipe there..........which Y-pipe are you missing?

I talked to Nick at Thorley, the "Y & J" pipes shown in the picture is for a F350, which has the O2 sensor mounted in the actual Y pipe and it's much shorter. I felt better having the actual y/j pipe that goes with the 214Y-FI4-C set.

I just didn't want to take a chance on something not fitting right when I do get started, plus it's was only 125.00 or so.

BTW I ended up selling that full banks system to a guy in Washington.

Now I get to wait for the big brown truck to show up.

OK...........I got ya.......did you also get the 3" adapter that is after the Y-pipe that attached to the rest of the exhaust system?

And did you get the Thorley gaskets and bolts?

I have a couple of tips I would be happy to share with you if you are interested?

On Edit: Based on what JeepFreak stated below, Aero Kroil or PB blaster seems about the best. If you can get at it, use an air impact on its lowest setting and just let it bang away until they come out. Its much more likely to crack it loose banging on it than shear brute force.

"Creepy" Kroil...best thing ever invented for "stuck" nuts and bolts

OK LT46, I thought that might be the missing part. I will re-check over the pics the guy sent me. I talked to him last night and he said he would dbl check for anything missing. I should be able the get that piece at a local muffler shop too.
