That is the same tire that I just purchased for my trailer. I got a set of 4 and new aluminum wheels at the same time from my local Discount Tire Dealer. They sold the tires at the same price as the online price.
I took my trailer to them. They had me pull up parallel to the building in front of the service bay doors and changed the wheels/tires there. It didn't take very long as they already had the tires mounted and balanced before I got there. I had to order both items and it took about a week for them to come in.
I watched as they did the work. They put jacks under the spring mounting plates, mounted the wheels/tires, put the nuts back on with a air wrench and then went over them and tightened each nut to 100ft/lbs with a torque wrench.

I just replaced our new TT China-made tires with Maxxis (Thailand-made). Purchased from Alex Nucci, owner of Gripston.com, who told me that maximum shelf-life of any tire is 6 years, not to exceed 7 years. So, at 6 to 7 years there's got to be unforseen dry rot taking place, tires should therefore be replaced......often times not a pretty sight after they have exploded on the open road.
