Loppy's mouth started bleeding about 9pm so I took him into the ER. They put him under light sedation so they could evaluate his mouth. He has what she describes as a mass on the right side that seems to have involved bone because two of his teeth basically fell out during the exam. Poor Loppy! It's not looking too good so far but the next step(s) will provide more answers. I have been referred to a dental vet specialist so they can remove the mass for biopsy and see through x-rays how involved it is. The ER vet faxed over her case notes and I will be calling them when they open at 7:30am. She (the ER vet) wants him seen tomorrow "without fail". I am so worried!!!!!

Your prayers and good thoughts are certainly appreciated.

Oh Cat, Loppy and you will be in my prayers. I hope things are not as bad as they could be. I know this is a terrible time for you after all you have gone through. But be strong, dear. Put it in HIS hands - HE'll come through for you. Sending blessings, love and caring thoughts.

Cat

I will definitely not be able to say something as helpful and eloquent as you did to me when I posted about my Tigre but please know that Loppy and your family are in my thoughts...crossing fingers that it is something that can be easily "fixed"...hugs to Loppy..

I am so sorry this is happening to you and Loppy. You are so generous with your spirit whenever any of us have problems with our pets and we do all appreciate it. We will keep praying for you all and particularly for Loppy's comfort.
