With all the people on this forum some body must have and answer.
I recently tried posting for a diesel pusher wanted and every time I post it gets flagged off. I follow all of Craigslist rules and have only the one ad running at a time. I have asked the other users what I may be doing wrong and so far no one can come up with and answer.
Craigslist says it takes more than one person to flagg you off but does not say just how many.
If any of you can come up with and answer please share. It's a bit frustrating.

I see no reason except someone may not know what a diesel pusher is. I have been flagging a post that is a con for 2 weeks and it is still there.

jcapps,
Well it has just been flagged and removed again. This time it stayed up for all of 33 minutes.
I post under recreational vehicles for sale/wanted. And I just ask for anyone selling a diesel pusher to send me pictures and info.
It does take more than one person to flagg and ad off. Or at least more than one computer. I am beginning to suspect dealers and consignment lots. They would have several computers and certainly more than enough reason.
Commercial advertising is a violation of Craigslist rules but Craigslist does nothing to prevent them from taking over their website.

Try just using "DP" instead of spelling it out. Those that have one will know what it means, and it might get you around some overly paranoid person or filter that's choking on the word "pusher". Stranger things have happened on CraigsList.

If I may make a suggestion, if you want a used DP they seem to be all over the place. If you place an ad on Craigslist wanting to make a large purchase such as that, 9 out of 10 people who reply to you are going to be trying to scam you. You'll spend more time trying to figure out what's real and what isn't real it wouldn't seem to me to be worth it.

"DP" may get flagged faster than the word pusher. DP is something you may find on the adult side of the website. I won't go into detail but it doesn't always mean Diesel Pusher.

Craigslist has some auto flags setup. Maybe one of the key terms is pusher?
Try starting the ad with something like this.
PLEASE DONT FLAG BEFORE READING. I am looking for a bus style motorhome with a diesel engine in the rear. This is commonly referred to in RV circles as a diesel pusher.
Or you could say you are looking for a diesel powered RV that with the engine in the rear.
I find it hard to believe that dealers are flagging you as you want to buy and they want to sell.

I don't understand the flagging issue you are having but you may be onto something about dealers. I went to look at rv's two weeks ago and so far have received 3 letters and one call from the salesman

Ok, you may have something with the word "pusher". I'm not really convinced however because if a red flag is raised by that word wouldn't it also set off the flaggs when dealers are selling MH's and describing them as diesel pushers. They don't get flagged off.
Also all dealers who sell used MH's also buy used MH's and anyone running and ad may say to them that they are trying to cut out the middle man and deal directly with the seller. Consignment lots definately do not want the buyer and seller to not use them.
