Never seen a grill get that hot before.The other got to maybe 400 on a good day.

I can easily hit 450+ on my Kenmore 3 burner. 400 in the winter.

Most commercial pizza ovens run temperatures between 700 and 1,000 °F.

Funny the frozen pizza says only 425*. And if I remember right,the home made pizza was around the same temps. No wonder they taste kind of like cardboard. The infrared back burner was 350/375*. Now that seems kind of low. Had hot dogs on the rotisserie with the infrared and it takes awhile.
