RE: What did you do to your Class C MH today???

Picked up my little class c in Ellensburg WA and drove it home to the mountains, about 45 miles. I managed 65mph in windy, winding conditions and made it home in one piece. First time for me as husband died a year ago and up until today I was afraid to go get it out of storage. WooHoo...I'll never stay home now. Thanks to all who post such valuable lessons, warnings and inf. Much appreciated!! Awesome... Have a great time...

RE: Ipad or Android Tablet?

Got my Samsung Galaxy Tab a few months ago here in Tampa from Verizon. Its a sweet little Tab and does eveything I need. $229 at Verizon. Got a data plan for $30 per month because it is very fast and also can creat my own WiFi hotspot that will support up to three devices so I can use my laptop when I travel without having to find public wifi and don't need a data line at home. I prefer a standard flip phone for ease of use with voice and text. Plus a flip phone will often work in more remote areas that don't support smart phone technology. Bill, Thanks for the information, I have a T-mobile hotspot that plan to use as my wifi when away from home. It is only $20.00 month for 2G and no overages, they do slow it way down if you go over.

RE: Ipad or Android Tablet?

Thanks for all of the replies... I do not have any Itune products, so it looks like I will go with an android tablet due to the cost savings.

Ipad or Android Tablet?

Help, I want to purchase my 1st 10" tablet and can't decide on what to buy? If you say android, is the OS important? How important is the onboard memory size if it has a slot for a card? I only want WiFi not 3 0r 4 g Thanks,

RE: Hitch-mounted bike carriers

Camping World sells a model made by Swagman which carries 3 bikes. They may also have a 4 bike model. Much easier to use than Yakima and much more expensive models. We have had our's since 2006 and I highly recomend it. 2nd... I have the 4 bike model and love it. CW does not seem to list the one I have, here is one like it at a great price rack I like the way it clamps the bikes instead of rubber straps since you won't be able to see them.

RE: Florida RV sites close to beach

One of the nicest campgrounds anywhere is Fort Desoto Park Campground. It is in South St Petersburg right in the mouth of Tampa Bay. You can camp right on the water. Fort Desoto Park Campground It does not have FHU sites.

RE: Is this a crazy idea?

Here are some more alternatives: Smart trailers Discount Trailers Thanks. I will be towing my Ford Escort hence the issue of how to take both the car and MC. These might work since they are hooked to the back of your car with a swivle wheel.
