Could not get into the state parks near where we would like to be. No sites available July must be booked far ahead. Do not like KOA's We are booked into to Clute,it will have to do. Closer to I86 and we needed the hook ups available.

I too think you will be OK, try to keep in mind you will be much safer staying around 55 mph max when towing, looks like you are in for some great fun with the hybrid, you will be in Heaven after stepping up from the Pop up!-Enjoy!
Going faster than 55 with a Jeep alone is fast enough.

I agree it's nice to hear back but I don't think anyone intends to be rude. Maybe this will encourage more to respond back.
I am guilty of doing that my self. I do like to get back And tell everyone if or how it ended. But I have a hard time finding my own post sometimes I am sorry for that I dont mean to be rude. But I think thats why some of us say "Thank you very much for your help" at the end of there post.I will try harder from now on to get back.

Need a place to stop in the NY fingerlakes area
We wil be traveling to NY state first stop a week in the Albany area. reservations set there. Then we will end up in Olean area, all set there. We want to spend a few days in the middle of NY. FingerLakes area would be great. Any suggestion? Preferably in the southern end but open to any.

Wanted to go to Rainbow Springs SP but didn't get reservations in in time. So we are going to our winter time camping with friends place in Old Town, FL since it is our 25th anniversary.

That is just the idea we were looking for. How Simple is that! We thought about the PVC but could not get past how to stand it up.

I use a small garden flag holder.....found mine at wal mart.
This is what we have used. But our sign is somewhat heavy for the flag holder. Need something heavier.

Need a sign hanger
We like to put up a sign with our name. We have used a hanger from a cheap flag but that did not work out well. Has anyone found or built a hanger or stand that is not expensive.

We use Tracfone and have for years. Must say they are our out of the house phone. (still have out landline.)
On our Tracfone we have a value plan. Every month we pay less the $7 for another 30 days. If we need more time $10 gets us another 100 minutes(double minutes for the lifetime of the phone). Geat deal if you don't talk alot.

The campground we go to alot has concrete pad for under the awning not to park on. Better use for the concrete.

Bought our anti gravity chairs a couple of years ago. Ours are very heavy otherwise confortable. Because they are heavy they have been left home. Dificult to store and no good to carry over to the neighbors. We bought director type chairs from Kmart for the camper.

Need a place to go Memorial Day weekend
We are in North central Florida. Have not made reservations for Memorial Day. Yes we know, but -
Anyone have suggestions for a nice place not more than 3 hours travel time? We also will be celebrating our anniversary on that Sunday.

The Barker 3000 has a 2" shaft and the 3500 has a 2 1/4" shaft. Have had the Ultra fab and would NOT recommend. It broke when a service man ran it up to high. Since they broke it they fixed it but we never trusted it again.

If you've been to Florida in the summer you'll know that it's probably cheaper to buy the fuel to go back north than to run the AC down here. WAAAAY TOOOO HOTTTTT in the summer. :E
Heck, the summer is when it is gettin' just right. Us pharts wear a coat when the temp gets into the 50's.
What do you mean 50's. Coat comes out just below 70!
