Fiberglass trouble

I have a 2008 Keystone Cougar 302 TT. I just noticed a small (silver dollar) size bubble appeared on the curb side of the front fiberglass nose of the trailer about eye level. I also found a six inch oblong bubble appear on the upper curb side near the crest of the front fiberglass nose. I checked the seams near those areas and can’t find where water may have gotten under the fiberglass. Also it hasn't rained here in Texas in 2 months. Can this be repaired by injecting poly resin into the affected area before it grows any larger. I have resealed the side seam and top seam around the front nose. The travel stays in a storage yard, outside all the time. Only suggestions?
