thanks for responses. bryan, we didn't go in for a oil change, just an inspection sticker and filter to be put on. they weren't suppose to touch the oil, but they did. i think we have it under control now; hope so anyway. And yes, we haul our camper on it.

need a little help
okay, here's the short story. husband took 2002 chev. sil. 1ton dully in to lube center for inspection sticker and to get some sort of filter put on. to make a long story short, they drained the oil, forgot to put oil back in; husband drives off for a trip home and pickup starts making all sorts of noise; takes truck back to center and they check it out and finally admits to draining oil and not putting back in. says they will put another motor in at no cost to us. okay, truck has been at garage for 3 weeks and nothing done. they got a motor for it and put it in and decided it was wrong motor so had to find another. it has been in since last tuesday and the truck is still sitting outside with window down sitting out in the elements. my husband is so upset about this and we just don't know what to do. getting mad hasn't helped. any suggestions on what we need to do? don't even know if motor will be any good or not when they do get it in. sorry for long post. any suggestions appreciated.

RE: Albuquerque, NM Balloon Festival
I was just going to say the Sandia. We stayed there last year and the balloon festival is across the highway and you can get up early on Sat. morning and watch the lift offs. Pretty nice. I'm wanting to go too.

lol. reminds me of the time we had the boat behind the camper and i climbed on the "tongue" to step on the porch and tripped and fell "into" the camper. Didn't fall out of the camper, but fell into the camper. Landed on both knees and couldn't get up; husband had to haul me up. Thought I had hurt knees probably really bad, but next day was fine. So, I always say that I have never fallen out of the camper, but have fallen into it.

I see a lot of you have computers/laptops at your disposal in your campers. I'm not really computer savy, but have used a computer for a long time. How do you get your internet service if your out in the boonies or even a campground or just rolling along the highway? I've used my laptop at a rv resort once, but had to go to office to do it. I've seen a little gizmo that looks sort of like a flash drive, but don't really understand the concept. If it is used, do you have to have like a monthly fee or what? Thanks for info.

Oh, sorry; guess I misread. Anyway, it looks a lot like the inside of ours, except for the microwave. We have to hide ours in one of the cabinets over the table. It looks wonderful. Thanks for showing.

Dak, Have enjoyed looking at pictures of your "new" Lance. We have a Lance 1990 and although it is fairly nice it doesn't look nearly as nice as yours. Has it been repainted on outside and re-done on inside. Gotta show those pictures to my husband. Don't imagine we will do any change, just wish we could. We've used it once this year and now hubby is in hip/leg pain. We would love to be going someplace cool. Again, love your Lance.

exhaust pipe extender
I think I posted this sometime maybe last year, and lost the info. We are in search of an exhaust pipe extender that's bent down to reflect exhaust from coming up to the camper. Our exhaust pipe is 3 1/2 inches. Would like a short one. Anyone know what I'm talking about and any info where to find one would be appreciated.
