RE: Electric Steps Quit Working

Winegard Sensar Antenna

Does your Antenna rubber feet touch the rubber membrane roof? Has any one had the rubber feet of the Antenna rub a hole in the rubber membrane roof? I ask these two questions because I had my Winegard Sensar Antenna and the rubber membrane roof replaced after hail damage. As far as I remember the old Winegard Sensar Antenna set on the roof when all the way down and now the new Winegard Sensar Antenna feet is about three inches above the roof. I asked the installer about this and he said "that is the way they are and if the feet touched the roof it would ware a hole in the roof". He said "I guess Winegard got smart and made it so they would not touch the roof". 		subford 10/08/11 02:11pm Class A Motorhomes
