St.Francois is real nice. steep grade refers to steep hill going in and coming out, just take it easy, its a very nice place. weve been several times.

checking timing on an 85 P30 454
Id like to check the timing on my motorhome. I crawled underneath, I can see & touch the timing tab, but how do I get a timing light on it. I cant see it through the doghouse. It almost looks like one has to remove drivers side wheel & get to it through the wheel well. any ideas ? much appreciated john

going on our first camping trip in our new to us Motorhome
we recently bought a 1985 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 34 ft class A. WE are going on our maiden voyage this weekend to Babler State park near Wildwood,MO. WE hope all goes well & we have a good time. I have a few minor projects/repairs I plan to do while there.Have a great weekend everybody !!

there are plenty of websites & apps for that.I use one called LegalHeat on my Iphone. Id recommend looking into a Florida or Utah CCW.

I skim both, b oth have pros & cons. Seems like theres more snobs on IRV2, but i do like the app. I dont like some of the rules on either one.

check out the World shooting complex in Sparta ,Ill. they have a large campground.Ironically, IL is the only state in the country that doesnt allow concealed weapons, but has a state run shooting facility. John

we towed a 16 ft. 1973 Fan Lee-liner travel trailer for 3 years with our 06 Ford Freestar with the 3.9V6 without any trouble.I could run in overdrive comfeterably at 70MPH on fairly flat ground with no big winds. It did struggle up big hills, but we managed fine.

Just bought our first MH
After camping in our little 1973 13' Fan lee-Liner for 2 years, weve recently updated :).
We just bought a 1985 Fleetwood pace -Arrow, 34'. Its overall pretty nice condition with 66K miles, & only 12K miles on a brand new from GM 454. Itll need a new frig, but otherwise pretty nice, cant wait to get it out camping :)
