Some of these ie canyon creek, I have only seen at petsmart. I used the canyon creek glucosamine chews for my dog because its been the only way I can get it in her. Anyone know of any "safe" glucosamine chews?
We just started Lucy on Joint Max chewables that we ordered from Entirely Pets. We just throw them in her food but have also hand fed them...of course she's a Lab and will eat anything.
They are manufactured in the USA.
Might give them a look.

girl of yours is feeling her old self soon.
Twelve certainly doesn't mean it's all coming to an end, hopefully your vet can find the answers.
We had a Lab mix years ago named Kathy who we sadly had to put to sleep just before her eighteenth birthday....She looks great by the way.

I see it in our Bubba every single day, he is such a lovebug and is always so excited and enthusiastic to do whatever we have on the agenda.
When anyone meets him they always comment on what a happy fella he is, and he is always happy!
He came into our home at a time when there was still a lot of grief over losing our beloved Zachery but Bubba and his love and his antics have helped to heal some very broken hearts.
Rescue is a plus...a bonus for everyone involved.

We use to have issues with our Jesse. Lot of vet visits and blood test and finally my vet said go to Bensens (local) and get a litter called Cat Attract
I have not had one problem with him since we started using this las summer. I was at my wits end with him.
As Susan stated they do have Cat Attract sprinkles, green herbal stuff you can sprinkle on your current litter, works too and worth a try.

Pill gun...get one at Petsmart. We have had difficult dogs and cats over the years and we found this the easiest to use and it was the most effective.

Find a new home for the pet! We refused to be slaves to ours and found her a loving home. Never regretted it.
That won't work for most of us, pets are a part of our family.
I can't think of a park I have been in where there are very few "petless" RVer's.
We take ours on long walks and many trips to the dog beach. They love the lifestyle too and we get to do all the things we want.
I think they are so exhausted they love it when we leave them alone for a few hours so they can get some rest.
Take the dog!

We have two that just love traveling, Bubba who we rescued last summer has taken to it wonderfully.
We were concerned that he would bolt out the door if given the chance but no, after a couple of lessons of stay, until he's hooked up, he does just that.
He loves meeting other people and dogs and he's quiet, which our neighbors appreciate.
He loves to ride in the truck and never sleeps, I don't think he misses a mile of the road. He turned out to be a really good rescue. Lucy our Lab just sleeps until we get to where we are going.
When we are packing up to leave they get so excited!

Honestly I just don't understand, with so many other choices why anyone would knowingly give their pets a questionable product.
Would you rather wait and see if you end up with a seriously ill or worse, a dead pet and then realize that maybe there was something to this?
I don't understand taking the risk....

I saw this on the local news here in Fl last night, the standard poodle is doing well now but how scary for the owner. The dog was very sick.
Kudos to her for sending the check back and going public with this.
I don't know how true this is but I read a while back if you look at the sku number on the package, if the first number, it stands alone is an 0 it means the product is made in usa/canada.
