I found it in the middle bay where u fill your water holding tank . Removed plastic covers that were covering the tank and there it was on a shelf above the tank.

RE: Transfer switch

I finally located the transfer switch which is ITS-50R and found out they are no longer being made. In talking to energy bay they have a Power Max 50 amp Transfer switch which is idenical to the ITS-50R. Has anyone had any experience with this transfer switch?

Transfer switch

Called Damon* to find out where transfer switch was located and one guy said it was under the bed. Well it wasn't there so called back and I was told it was where the power cord plugs in , no its not there. I kinda figured out they don't know where the transfer switch really is. So if you own a 2006 Damon Astoria model 3679 please let me know if u know where its located. Thanks ahead of time
*actually called Thor as Damon is now built by Thor I believe.

RE: Inverter

I have located the problem and want to thank all who responded for your help. It was a broken electrical connector that went to the battery. I replaced that and
everything is working now. Thanks again

Inverter

Two years ago I had someone install a TV in one of outside doors(basement). He also installed a radio and speakers . Well everything has been working fine untill a couple of days ago I turned on the inverter and it wouldn't go on. BTW when he did this installation he put in a separate 400 watt inverter. I called him (installer) and he's working and can't come to check it untill 2 weeks. We are leaving on a 3 week trip to Texas and wanted to use the TV .
Do you know if there is a fuse or can I just install a new inverter . I can see 2 wires (positive and negative) running from the back of the inverter to a small hole but not sure where those are going.

Water Capacity

I'm looking for the radiator capacity on a 300ISB Cummins. I drained water out of radiator and now am wanting to refill with a mixture of 50-50 antifreeze. I am aware that Cummins has a Diesel phone number but not sure if its open today .

RE: Engine light

Well after talking to several people about this problem I decided to replace the new fuel filter I had just installed with another brand and the light went just like that.Wow was I relived when the check engine light went off. So my problem was a defective fuel filter. I had estimates anywhere from 100.00 to 200.00 to run a scan before I found the bad filter.

Engine light

I have a 2006 Damon Astoria with a 300ISB engine. I changed the oil today along with the oilfiter & fuel filter. The check engine came on and not sure why. All the gauges are working like normal.

Generator

After changing the oil and oil filter in my generac generator the generator was making screeching sound so I added some more oil to it. We left on a 3 day trip and the generator worked fine but it did stop working for a short time and then started up again. It was running but there was no ac coming out for a short time. Never had any problems with my generator so I'm thinking maybe changing the oil again with another brand.

RE: Water heater

Whether on city water or pump, it will refill when you open a HW faucet.
Yup, either way it will fill. Just make sure it IS filled before you turn on the heater element or burner.
Ok and how do you know it is filled?

Power Sun Visor

My driver side power sun visor has quit working , checked the fuse and apprently only has fuse one for both the driver and passenger sides. The passenger side works fine. Called Thor and they said to check visor to see if something came loose. Did that and there is nothing loose. Have you ever had this problem. I could take the motor and make it manuel .
