generator storage while traveling

Ok u guys have been so helpful in the past so here is my new question. How do I transport 2 Nonda generators in an enclosed vehicle while towing our 22 foot trailer? We tow with a Suburban and the wife will not agree to transport generators in the trailer or the Suburban. So what to do. I am looking for ideas. THanks!!

backing up trailer

I am completely unable to understand how to back up our trailer. Generally, at a non-pull through campsite a fellow camper volunteers to back it in to our space and. So unless we want to sell the trailer (we don't) or buy a class a, b or c motorhome (which we don't want top do)I am going to need to do something. I won't detail all the good advise I have gotten here about mastering this skill. None of it has worked for me. I remember seeing in a magazine a device that acts like a "come-along" which allows you to roll the trailer into position but I don't remember where I saw it or what it is. Does anyone know what I mean?

generator security

We decided to buy 2 Honda 2000w generators with the parallel hookups for our JayFeatherlite 218. Q: How can i keep these from getting stolen when we are not around. I guess we can put them in our Suburban and travel around with them. Last summer we stopped at a rest stop in mid summer Oregon and it was so hot we could have used the gens then for the air conditioner. If that happens again do I have to stand guard outside so they don't get walked off by somebody. I sure could use some advise. Thx

a rant and a vent

have a 4 point equalizer hitch that I need lowered cus we sold our Chev Silverado and bought a Suburban. equalizer when put on Suburban sits a tad higher and I cranked the trailer but it wont go high enough to couple with the hitch. Called Camping world gal said it would take 5 minutes or so and the charge would be $59.50 which I guess is the cost of doing business THose bolts on the equalizer are mighty big and I don't have the tool or expertise to do the job myself
and not spend the dough.Just venting thanks for reading this.
