If you think this thread is a hoax, just google xm radio complaints. I had several xm radios and paid about $2000. in subscription fees and found an error in their billing and it is imposible to get them to admit they made a mistake or make a refund. They told one of their customers how do you expect us to stay in business if we give refunds.
