RE: Blue Sky Insurance

they will not insure an auto unless you have an rv with them. thats the only way they will insure auto's. my rv is with them and when all 3 of my veicles came due i switched them over. and saved a ton of money on one car i was paying about 600 every 6months and with them it is a little over 500 for the whole year. and it was even higher coverage.

RE: Blue Sky Insurance

i have them for motorhome and cars. very reasonable. cant say anything about claims cause never had one. i had state farm for years too but cant say anything about them either never had a claim. my experiance with insur. has allways been you are covered till you put in a claim than you find out you are not. it has happened a couple times with the home. so i dont trust any company. so cheepest is best.espec.in todays time. i have my cars and motorhome ins. for 1 year for less than what i was paying for 6 months before JMHO

RE: 4 wheel drive

thanks everyone for the reply's it is as i kinda thought. there would really be no big. problem. it would only be for short runs. if we were going to be at a campsite for a few days and doing a lot of sightseeing i would reconnect the shaft.but for a short dash to town for something or around the campground it would be ok. jj

RE: 4 wheel drive

thanks for the reply. i have an 87 suzuki samurai. i know you can tow them 4 down or on dolly with transfer case in neutral and transmission in 2nd,. but there have been cases where the transfer case has jummed in gear while traveling and than your motor is toast. disconecting driveshaft is the best way to go but if you have to reconnect every time it would be a pain. if im going to be in one place for a few days that would be diff.it seams to me it would be good to go with it off. jj
