RE: Thinking of adding new exhaust and cold air intake

Thanks for all the advice. To one of the above, it is the flex fuel model so that is out. I guess the best advice was to put the saved money towards gas purchase. Makes sense.

RE: Thinking of adding new exhaust and cold air intake

snip... hope for a little more power and MPG at the same time. Don't we all... I'm not asking for miracles here. If you read the different websites they will swear it to be true. And since it is on the internet, I assumed it had to be true. :)

Thinking of adding new exhaust and cold air intake

2010 Toyota Tundra. 5.7 L V-8, 4wd. I'm towing a Keystone Cougar 29rls bumper pull (X-Lite version). Truck pulls the trailer fine. Yet we could always hope for a little more power and MPG at the same time. I have no doubt the Flowmaster or Magnaflow exhaust systems and cold air intakes do what they say but is it worth it. Have any of you experienced it? What about warranties? Does it void existing warranties or does it just void the warranty on that particular part? If Flowmaster offers a lifetime warranty, what difference would it make if you void the manufacture warranty. I would probably steer clear of the chips and such. Anybody with advice?

wingman gray or white?

Ordered a wingman for my TT and installed it very easily. Haven't tried it out yet. My question....Later I look at the box and there is a sticker on the box that says "gray model for home TV". This thing installed on the my TT antenna just fine. Is there really a difference? Can I expect the reception to be no better since i didn't get the "white" one?

RE: Bucket Light

here is a pic of my bucket light. made it years ago for my Mom and Dad. They are passed but the light lives on. Gives a freat dim light at night and does not attract bugs. http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn234/hogcard/bucket.jpg

RE: A/C condensation

I have also heard to crack a vent. Yet have also heard only to crack a vent in the winter. Any thoughts there?
