RE: Those with Fuzion's power ramp door...

Mav - I just opened/closed mine a number of times (5). While not as dramatic as your video, I do have some flex. I would say 1/4" to 1/2" flex at most. You can certainly tell when the weight shifts and there is that moment of a "bounce". I'd say on average two/three pivots back/forth like in your video. The door height must be one factor. The 322 is 7' and the 398 is 8'. Anyhow - Mine also flex's and I could foresee how this could stress several components. You can add me to the list of concerned owners.

RE: Those with Fuzion's power ramp door...

Very interesting Mav. You always find this kind of stuff. I'll have to open/close mine tomorrow and take a look. I went outside and looked and our 2010 322TE has 5 springs and 7 connection points on the hinges.

RE: 2006 jayco 36w talon any opinions ?

My cousins have the same year and model. Great rig. They bought 3 year ago used and love it.

RE: A little mod in my Fuzion TE II

I was just making my plans for address some things in our 322. Adding a light for the sink was on the list. I like you what you did and will do something similar. Very nice! thanks for sharing.

RE: To Buy Fuzion Toy Hauler?

2010 TEII 322 with Dual Axle. Same as George and Randy. I also swapped tires out with G614's. Minor stuff in the first few months but nothing major. If you get used most should have any of the bugs worked out. What is your tow vehicle? Fuzion has had a lot of floor plans so its just a matter of your preferences and wallet.

RE: Fuzion owners

I have not used a power washer. I'd think you'd be OK. The most we've done is using a mop bucket and scrub brush. That didn't hurt anything.

RE: Fuzion 322 Tires Ready for Replacement

That is awesome lincster! You'll save a lot of $ and have the piece of mind with new shoe's. I'm in Mesa as well and got the GY's over at Camping World of US 60/Mesa Drive. They gave the same price as Discount so figured why not.

RE: Tires again

i just changed my tires from Carlisle to Goodyear G614's. I know your previous were Goodyear so not sure how you would feel going with GY again. The 614's are G rated so it may be a better way to go.

RE: Fresh tank full during travel - Fuzion says no?

I traveled both ways (full and not). Never an issue over 1000's of miles. My cousin however has the Raptor like a previous post in this thread and he also lost his water tank. Maybe it was that year or model with Keystone, not really sure. It would be freakin' scary if it does happen!

RE: Fuzion 322 Tires Ready for Replacement

patlisa - when we took off the first tire/rim we checked the back and there is a stamp that says 3960lbs. meaning, yes, the rims that came on the rig are rated for 110psi and can handle the G614's (max 110psi is 3750). After installing the tires I did go and have the trailer Cat Scaled. When I weighed I didn't have water but was full of LP and the Generator tank was nearly full of fuel. Normal camping gear was also loaded. The reason I did this was to know my pin weight when it would be at its max (e.g., not a lot of weight in the rear to reduce the pin). Final result is: Truck (no trailer) Steer Axle 4625 Drive Axle 3375 Total Weight 8000 Trailer (no water) Trailer Axles 10460 Pin Weight 2665 Total Weight 13125 Truck (w/ Trailer) Steer Axle 4660 Drive Axle 6040 Total Weight 10700 Per Goodyear: Pressure 80 85 90 95 100 105 110 Single Cap 3042 3170 3300 3415 3550 3675 3750 x4 12168 12680 13200 13660 14200 14700 15000

RE: Fuzion 322 Tires Ready for Replacement

Update: Today I had the Carlisle tires replaced with the Goodyear G614's. And very glad I did! I feel much more secure now. FWIW - I contacted Carlisle and they asked me to send the worst two back to them (they RMA). I should get some compensation back. Not enough to cover the new tires, but at least it will be something. Happy RV'ing out there!

RE: Fuzion 322 Tires Ready for Replacement

Thanks for all the advice out there. After talking with many others and checking around I'll probably go with the G614's. This will be an upgrade vs. the Carlisle's for sure. I'll keep everyone posted if I do go this way or swap rims and tires.

RE: Fuzion 322 Tires Ready for Replacement

Wow Norcal, those 19.5's are outrageous! (in a good way). Question then - if going to a 17.5" rim is the better move, do brakes or anything else need to be changed as well?

Fuzion 322 Tires Ready for Replacement

Hi everybody! Great camping this summer for all I hope!!! We just finished a trip from Phoenix to Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico and back home to Arizona. Bryce Canyon, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Devils Towers, etc. were all beautiful and a great memory maker for the kids. Upon parking to unload this morning at home I got to looking at the original tires and they are definitely getting replaced. I got about 8k out of these Carlisle's but they HAVE TO GO. Two are about to separate. From all the reading it appears going to an LT tire is the most suitable replacement given the weight of these Fuzions. My dilemma like most is to which brand/type? Stock tire size is 235/80R 16E. For those with Fuzions (or other models that came with Carlisle's) what did you swap out for? I'm in the Southwest and mostly in dry/wet (no snow) climates. Driving mainly on pavement with the occasional short trip through hard dirt or packed sand. I really want to keep myself, my family, and fellow travelers safe and sound. Thanks a bunch!!!

RE: Help

Dealer told me to never turn on the security light with the remote because the remote is the only way to turn it back off (when turned on by the remote). He said for some reason Keystone set it up that way. I always use the inside switch since he told me that.
