thanks for replys. We liked the DS for tv placement & counter space. Don't care about minor fixes, just don't want major structural mods like I had with the EXCEL!! Thanks again; will go to the FR forum as suggested.

What is the consensus of the group concerning the quality of this model? We are considering the 3010DS for traveling on 30 day or so trips. Thanks for any help, Jim

We used micro fiber towels to apply. Seemed easier to get a thin coat than when we used a sponge. Jim

Well it's been a year and the Red Maxx is still shiny. Guess it was worth the trouble. Have done nothing but wash it since the Sep, 2010 application. Bugs and black streaks still come off easily. Wish I had saved the ID of the fellow who recommended it last year; he saved us a lot of work compared to what we were doing before! Good Luck All, Jim
