RE: For diesels only - Straight Vegetable Oil

A few years ago I found this family who used only used waste oil from fast food restaurants. Their blog can be found here. At the time we seriously considered doing something like this in our truck, but with our cold winters it's difficult to keep the fuel flowing already with diesel. And I wouldn't want the expense of replacing the filters all the time due to the waste in the veggie oil. As for buying new clean veggie oil? might as well just pull up to a standard pump.
