RE: over heated & Broke down, update now in Flagstaff

I can't believe they picked Prescott over Flagstaff. You really need CoachNet.

RE: Another way to carry a unmounted spare tire

Sorry, I don't get the "Spare" idea. In twelve years of Class A ownership, I have never needed a spare. If I had carried one, it would have been time to replace it, for the second time.

RE: WorkHorse Rally in Texas

I believe the only reason Navistar bought WCC was to obtain the rights to the step vans used by FedEx and UPS, Motorhome chassis were just a side business.

RE: Campground Prices

Would like to go where I want and save a little than go elsewhere and save a lot.
That's the million dollar questions. We use 7 day stays where it's practical and not worry about the rest, using GS. I don't use "Camping Clubs", as we want to plan our route where we want to go, not based on where the campground is.

RE: 06 Sea Breeze dog house

I believe NRV used "Nut Plates" to hold the doghouse in place, sounds like someone over torqued and stripped out the nylon centers. Take it off and see what you can replace.
If you live in the older part of Riverside, good luck on the varmits.

RE: EXHAUST HEAT WILL MELT MUD FLAP

No rear flap, we get more chips when we are not towing. Yes, the rear duals have mud flaps.

RE: norcold failures vs. slideouts

I have often wondered the same, I would be willing to bet a lot of failurers are on slide-outs.

RE: Finally, Scangauge D for Diesels

$152.99 @ Camping World. Looks interesting but I wonder what the gauges look like? Would be nice if they had some screen shots. In the picture the screen looks very small. Hardly enough room for any digital gauge? RCtime: Are you going to be the early adaptor?
Moisheh
Web link shows the unit. If you review the "gas" info you will get a feel for the unit. The info is in digital numbers, rather than actual gauges.

Ever thought of using Wasp/Hornet spray? You can shoot from 30 feet away. Bear spray can't match that range.

RE: Medicare Help

Oh Boy!! You and read and read, pull hair out and still not get enough information to make a decent decision.
We have Part "A" & "B", plus Tricare (Military). We left Kaiser Senior Advantage over the inability to simplify service when we were out their service area.
Lots of organizations offer "additional" medicare service, inconjuction with Part "A" & "B", some include perscription coverage Part "D".
Part "A" & "B" are pretty much set by Uncle Sam, so the only thing you need to concentrate on is:Do you want the additionl coverage or perscription coverage?
I would stick with a major provider, possibly AARP.
Surely others will have lots of suggestions.
