Anyone have trouble parking with full wall slides?

Has anyone delt with trouble in a Park or CG with full wall slides I am looking at one with full wall slides on both sides for 27ft but I know some of the places I wanted to park had power or water or picnic tables in the way on one side or the other. I think with both slides out it is almost 13 ft wide for almost 30ft. Anyone with real world experiance that can let me know. Eddy

RE: Best route from Sask border

Not the most senic route but if you are going in the winter I suggest south on #6 to the US then hook up to #85 south in the US down to I 90 to Rapid City SD then south again on 79 where it changes into 385 and south more into Kansas and then you have a lot of options and you will be into the warm weather the fastest way and it has the least amount of high country to go through. RE: Ice Maker

You can use low pressure air to blow the water out of the ice maker line. Just do not use too much pressure and blow untill no more water comes out of the system. Eddy

North in SK and MB

Hi can anyone tell me how the trip would be from Prince Albert SK northeast through Flin Flon MB and then east to Herb Lake MB and then south through Grand Rapids MB to Winnipeg. I would be doing this in a 36ft Class A with a toad in Late Sept early Oct. Any tips and campground recomendations and places to buy gas would be nice. Or other route recommendations. Thanks Eddy

RE: Getting zuchinni as a gift

Near where I live is a small rual town and I go there to visit friends once in a while. Its a good place and you never have to lock your car except in Aug. If you leave your car unlocked in Aug when you come back to it you will find it full of Zuchinni. Eddy

RE: OVER NIGHT AT CABELAS, OWATONNA, MN.

We stayed there with a Class A and they have a dump site and place to park but severaal trucks stayed there overnight and were running all night for the A/C makeing it quite noisey for the night if there is lots of trucks I suggest parking in another area of the lot. Eddy

RE: Raptor AC's wont seem to keep up.

2 A/Cs should keep it OK. Check that you have both working. If you are not getting a full 30 amps you can wreck your AC units. If it is real bad pull in the slides that will help it out and use a fan to get the cold air distributed all around the unit. Eddy
