RE: My 2 stroke outboard isn't running right

papa knows how to sort that out. That is if a timing light will run that long. The way you describe it, it sounds like spark to me. My issues with fuel in various engines normally are not intermittent. My experience has been carburetors. You have debris floating around the fuel bowl, it runs fine until it gets sucked in and blocks the jet. Engine dies, suction gone, debris floats away from the jet, engine starts and runs normally until debris finds the jet again. Thats your problem had my yamaha carbs cleaned and rebuilt last year they both had lots of junk in them i dont see how it ran at all

RE: myrtle beach in june

We will be there the 1st week of june also we stay in sites 516-537 along the lake not a bad walk to the ocean and the wind is not as bad and you have more space in these sites if you want all shade then you will have to go with sites 576-713 we dont like them but its in the woods so to speak

RE: roof coatings

I have no experience with this material but look at this website: http://www.epdmcoatings.com/rv_roof_repair.html My trailer is a '97 and am interested in this product after I do my research. The cost for my 23 ft trailer would be approx. $ 400 for materials. I suspect that others with experience with this product will chime in. AlexThis is the stuff you want to use mine is a 2000 model been on it 3 years and counting no problems just clean you roof and brush it on.

RE: winterizing

I would rather have the pita that takes every bit of 15 mins to do once a year than to spend $$ every spring to fix plumbing that was half azzed just my way of thinking just blowing out the lines water is still there i blow them out and add the pink stuff also drain the low lines and pour the pink stuff down the drains never had a busted pipe or sink drain

RE: Would you buy a used unit that you knew had leaks?

I believe that there are only 17 RV's in north America that have not leaked "somewhere at sometime" and 12 of those are going to leak next week...:R I would think the choice would depend somewhat on your skills at monitoring and repairing a leak. If you are the type to "let George do it" (a valid choice) then keep track of a very good George. :) Well said most of us have a leak and just dont know it ive had four campers and none of them have been water tight it just depends on how much damage was done before the repair check the walls and floor from the inside for soft spots
