RE: Bidder's criminal record raises questions in Winnebago offer

At least Winnebago doesn't consider it a credible offer... at least for now. And while the Board of Directors has to look out for the shareholders' best interest, the shareholders bought into an RV manufacturer, not a Chinese auto final stage manufacturer.
I am delighted to note in the company's 2011 annual report there is a poison pill notice... "provisions in the articles of incorporation, bylaws and Iowa Business Corporation Act could make it more difficult for a third party to acquire us, even if doing so would be perceived to be beneficial by our shareholders. The combination of these provisions effectively inhibits a non-negotiated merger or other business combination, which, in turn, could adversely affect the market price of our common stock."

Basnight's Lone Cedar Cafe in Nags Head has a good reputation.

RE: Winterizing the MH

Good one, Chuck. Had been wondering how to lube the valves.

RE: Driving a Class A Tips Wanted

Better RVing has several videos that were very helpful to us when we got our Class A a couple of years ago. Things like blind spots, backing, negotiating curves. Take your time. Practice if you feel you need it... we used a pretty large bank parking lot. Good Luck and Happy Trips.
Woops sorry for the double post WNY_PAT already pointed you to them.
