RE: Buying advice..Ford 350 6.4L Twin Turbo Diesel 233,000KMS

Dont buy a diesel unless you are made of money, this includes all brands. You can buy a nice used gas truck that will do the same job.

RE: Nice Tow Vehicle/5th Wheel Combo!

Seen it a few dozen times but it's still awesome. I just wish Jerry Lewis used it in a movie.

RE: Newer F350 Vs Chevy 3500

McDonalds sells more hamburgers....... Burger King tastes better. Well yes burger king is good but a loaded whopper is close it's gvwr leaving no room for extra mayo. Now a well loaded quarter pounder in it's box, stiff buns and beefed up lettuce will be the fastest down the road.

RE: Newer F350 Vs Chevy 3500

Wow reading skyhammer and bigfootchevy posts got me to thinking. Just how much more GVWR does your 2011 model trucks have over the Ram? Next how much more RAWR do you have over the 2011 Ram? Okay I'll give you the GCWR for another month :B Well I can tell you that we have two new 2011 Dodge Ram 5500 and they have a gvw rating of 18,750lbs and also have the selective cataltic reduction or DEF system. Both trucks have the cummins 6.7 I6 and 6-speed automatic transmission.

RE: 3 strikes for Ford.....

10k. Do they all use urea now? That would be a factor for me. Nope, not Dodge pickups. Ford and GM do. The company I work for has two new Dodge 4500's and they do have the urea system. One did have a problem after refilling the urea tank but thats it, the trucks are loaded with tools and went about 4000 miles til 25% left in the tank.
