RE: Liquid Rubber Roof Coating

I did my 92 Aljo quite a few years ago. It was a 24'. I used 2 gallons. Cleaned it like they said to do and used a roller and a brush. It is thick and goes on slow...but when I was done it looked like a brand new roof. Never leaked and people had commented on how nice it did look. I would not hesitate to use it again.

RE: Booth/table

Took our booth dinette out...put a loveseat hide-a-bed in its place. We always use tv trays or eat outside. Traded that 5ver in....took 20 minutes to re-install the dinette.

RE: Any interesting places to stop on I-5 North?

Oregon Vortex somewhere near Grants Pass - Just north of Gold Hill. Been many years, unsure if it's still open or if you can park near it. They have a web page. Ashland --- has the Shakespearian Festival....Very pretty/interesting town Jacksonville -- Quaint old fashioned town.....during the summer, the locals dress up in vintage clothing and has activities Winston (10 mi south of Roseburg on Hwy 97 (but is right off I5 by 2-3 miles) -- Wildlife Safari - Not huge but interesting and fun to visit. Salem -- capitol -- the Capitol Bldg has tours --- and you can climb to the top up by the "gold man"..... I don't believe they closed it down after 9/11 Portland -- well, Portland --- It's an experience unto itself. That's just a few things to see on the "boring" I5!!! Welcome to Oregon Winston....off of Hwy 99 not 97.

RE: This has always perplexed me...

Usually where we go....its about about 5-6 hours to get home....unhook and clean up the 5ver a little. Then its work the next day. Usually leave the campground around 9ish.

Torque wrench/anti-seize.dielectric grease/combo of extentions for your rachet.Torqued to 13 foot pounds.Use Motorcraft or Autolite plugs. I did the plugs and replaced all the coils at the same time. Have no problems.

RE: Does Awesome harm the trailer?

I have used it on 3 different 5vers and have had no problems. One painter and 2 with gelcoat. If in doubt I usually dilute it a little but have used it mostly full strength on black streaks. It will take the wax off so you need to wax or polish afterwards.

RE: dump stations --are there good books on this?

And another place would be large Rv dealers...especially the ones with a good size service dept. Some will let you dump for freee or with a small charge.

RE: Oregon/Nevada Hwy 140???

Its a good highway....all 2 lane but very little traffic. Just get fuel when you can although there are a lot of places to get it but some might be closed when you drive thru. When you get to Lakeview.....no problems whatsoever from there to White City/Medford.
