Storing RV in FL for summer

Hi,
We have decided to leave our fifth wheel in Florida during the summer, and this year - the winter, from now on. We have always stored it near our home in Minnesota and the winters there leave the primary problem of freezing water lines. I have always winterized the unit with anti-freeze and stored it from Oct. to April with no problems, including rodents or other vermin, mildew, etc.
Now we have decided to start spending winters in NW Florida and store the rig there for the summer - usual storage months will be April to November. (This year we have a planned trip which will put it into storage from December to next November.)
I can winterize it for this winter, even though it doesn't get very cold here - but my question is:
what additional steps/precautions should I take when storing it in a warmer Southern climate for the summer months?
Any advice appreciated.
