RE: Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore

Anyone know a good location to boondock in the Pictured Rocks area? Will be pulling a 21' TT. Bay furnace national forest campground is awesome. On lake Superior and all rustic sites with some views of the lake. There is pressure water fill and dump station as well. Non reservable sites. We have three black schnauzers, all three as sweet as they come. One looks just like yours. He was a rescue dog and we stumbled on him this summer. He was sick and bruised up from being on the run as the original owners dropped him off along side the road. Camped during the 4th of July week at Benton Lake in Manistee National forest south of Baldwin Michigan. Lot 16 with paved roads and spurs. Pit toilets and solar powered pressure water system. Awesome time!!!
