brake control

With the brake control connected to the 5th wheel, should the brakes be locked on the trailer up when I manually slide the brake lever on full?

RE: annoying

AAHH! I am trying to pull the lever, with all the trailer weight on the hitch...So I should set the front legs taking most of the weight off the truck first, then pull the pin??

brake control

Question. When the trailer brakes are connected to the tow vehicle and U manually apply the lever on the control, should the trailer brakes lock up?
