RE: Need new tires - what about new rims?
I am upgrading to E rated tires but I am staying with 15" rims (I wasn't happy with the resulting clearances if I went with 16's). You are correct; I am starting to see signs of rust on the steel rims. I can see us keeping this rig for 5+ years which would be enough to wear through another set of tires....

Need new tires - what about new rims?
I am looking for some advice from others who may have gone through the same decision process. My rig needs new tires and I have found a brand and price that I am comfortable with. My dilemma is whether or not it would make sense to invest in new aluminum rims to go with these new tires. The rims on my unit are the standard steel ones that were original equipment on all Cougars back in 2006 (I see all current ones have aluminum rims). I really like my camper and plan to keep it for quite a while. Does this "upgrade" make sense on a unit this old or am I just tossing money at something best left in the original condition?

We were rescued also by 6 furbabies. Not to mention the 5 that have left us in the last few years. Saw Daisy on petfinder at a shelter close to our home & her picture melted my heart, she was only 3 months old & was going to be put down. Misty was a way for Daisy to get over losing Diesel. She also helped us get over losing Diesel. Love my rescues like they are kids.

Thundershirt has worked well for our dog. Daisy actually fell asleep wearing it the other night during a thunderstorm.

We camp with 2 or 3 other families all with kids ages 12-18. The boys hang out & if weather is nice explore the campground or hang out in the camper. My 18 yr.old daughter usually hangs out with her friend inside the camper. They will sometimes hang out with us & do things depends.

So sad, but at least it happened at home & doing what she loves. I always make sure my furbabies and loved ones get hugs & kisses every day. I also tell them goodnight & that I love them.

Not sure what is available to do at the time. Our guided snowmobile tour is for 4 days, 3 days riding into Yellowstone & 1 doing the Continental divide. Jackson Hole is were it all starts. We will have a couple extra days & seeing what else is available to do.

Yellowstone in the winter
We of course won't be camping but does anyone have ideas what to do in Yellowstone in winter? We have a snowmobile trip for 4 days planned for January but wondering what else to see & do. Will be staying in Jackson. Thanks

I just bought a set of the BAL stabilizers for my rig. I'd love to see a photo as to how you mounted them to the front landing gear.

We use a bark collar that sprays citronella. We just have to hold it so Daisy sees it and she quiets down. We have tried other thigns but this works well for us.
