RE: Saw the new Jayco Pinnacle this weekend!
My good friend is on his first long trip in his Pinnacle, and, alas, is having all kinds of issues (stubborn galley slide, shower leak, TV mechanism, etc.) He's confident that Camping World will step up and fix everything, but my buddy thought he was getting a better quality product than his current experience, calling it a lemon. It is a beautiful unit though, with all the bells and whistles, makes my HH look pretty darn plain Jane.

RE: Pull Rite Hitch removal
I bought a chain block and tackle from Harbor Freight. I reinforced a cross member in my garage ceiling (probably didn't have to though), looped a chain over it and dropped in through a hole I drilled in the ceiling dry wall. I have a snap link on the block and tackle hook, snap it on the chain. I run a chain through three points on the hitch and pull it off the rails, pull out the truck and drop the hitch on a furniture dolly, also from Harbor Freight. I roll the dolly under the trailer stored next to the garage and lock the chain to the trailer under carriage. I recently timed it at about 25 minutes to remove, a little longer to install to align the hitch on the rails. Pretty easy process, wear mechanix gloves to handle the pulley chain.
