DRV has the upper end Elite Suites then the Mobile Suites and now the new Tradition which takes the place of Select Suites. They also have a new toy hauler with some very unique features. If ordering you can build your own and DRV will work with you inaany way they can. Take the factory tour it is second to none.

This place has taken a turn for the worse. Hot tub broken no plans to fix, no heating of the pool, no trash pick up and activities cancelled until who knows when including their famous hamburger nite. Management had park meeting and after 5 mintues cops and EMS had to be called. The guy trying to buy the park pushed a resident and his brother-in-law knocked another resident down sending him to the hospital. No fun in this park and if I was not a paid resident I would be out of here yesterday because today is not soon enough. This has become a very divided park with the potential of more violence not out of the question.

I can tell you to stay away from Mission West. It is in receivership and it is getting ugly. False front put on at the office, attitude of if you do not like it TS.

Check out D & N Camper Sales in Memphis, Tn. We got a price 4.5K cheaper than RV's for Less and got a better price for our trade in too. RV's for Less low balled us on a trade in and when I insisted I have to trade Karen got an attitude. We asked her to e-mail us the quote for a MS that she originally gave us with all the particulars and she said she would, never received it.

RE: Rubber roof repair
With an 8' tear I would go with a new roof although eternabond is good it will only be a temporary repair. Check with your insurance company.
