Flat Tow - Please Help - Many Hoops to go through!
Im a recent widow, full timer & new business owner. I drive a 45 foot MH with a Merc. Mariner Hybrid as my Flat tow. I've recently bought a 20' featherlite car hauler to work in and to carry my car around the country with me. Here's the situation that Im hoping someone here can help me with:
I need a car that (1) can be flat towed behind my MH, (2) with a V8 that is able to tow a 20' car hauler with contents totally approximately 5000 pounds and (3) that is small enough to fit INTO that car hauler.
friend has suggested a Jeep Commander with the V8, although they don't seem to make after market towing mirrors for that car. I did get one at the dealer and it does FIT in the trailer. Or the H2 or H3?
I'd like to buy used, and Im open to any suggestions.
