RE: Cleaning the ceiling "carpet"

Liquid Oxyclean. Spray the******out of it. Wait for about 15 minutes then vaccum with a shop vac. Had a bad water stain. I was surprised to see it dissappear.

RE: Even brake users

Just yesterday on I-75 at exit 143 in Ft. Myers, FL. A MH towing a pickup truck was ON FIRE. The pickup was totally gone. The rear of the MH got burned real bad too. I stopped and asked the guy what happen. The "break Buddy" got stuck. I've been using the "ready brake" for over a year. No problems. Nothing electrical. It only brakes when the tow vehicle tries to push the MH.

RE: Oppinions please

The Coachmen is a 2000 model.
Thanks everyone for your oppinion. I really appreciate it. We plan to sepnd about 5 or 6 months a year living in it. The coachmen is just too small for that kind of thing. Don't think we will ever be "full timers" since we have two SB houses. One in Panama City Beach, FL and a cabin in Maggie Valley NC. I won't sell either place.

Oppinions please

We are getting close to retirement. Have looked at many many MH and have narrowed our choice to....
Damon Challenger 371 or 37KT
Itasca Sunova 37 L
We like this floor plan. They are both about the same. Although I think the Damon is better built, what is your oppinion ? They are both about the same price more or less. We currently have a Coachmen 32 QB class A that is all paid for.
Thanks

RE: Can I Tow Dolly a 05 Jeep Wrangler with Automatic.

there is a viscous coupling in the transfer case that NEVER completely disconnects the front and rear drivelines. The neutral position disconnects the transfer case from the trans but does not separate the axles like a gear or chain driven t-case.
That viscous coupling cost me $1300 six months ago on a 2004 Liberty. Of course it does have 146,000 plus miles on it.
Nothing tows like a Jeep.

RE: Input please

Go for 300,000 miles. From time to time, it may cost more than market value to fix something, but it will still be less expensive than buying a new one.
Yesterday one of the pullies shut down and there went the belt. Lucky for me, I was 300 feet from a Tire Kingdom place. The mechanic was able to put a new pullie and belt in 30 minutes. Cost was 135.00. FIRST thing he said was "better than buying a new one".
I've decided to keep it until the doors fly off. Had it since new.
Had the transfer case re-built 6 months ago and now the belt. That's it.
That will give me a little more buying power when Mamma retires next year for a newer coach.

RE: Input please

All good suggestions. Thank You
No Toyota can be towed 4 down. The dog is going to last longer. He's 3 years old and my best buddy. I'll start hunting for a 06 or 07 Liberty.

Input please

I have towed a 2004 Jeep Liberty 4x4 for several years. It has 156,000 miles and Im looking to trade it in. Here is my dilema.
I need 4x4 because we have a house in the NC mountains and it's hard to get up the mountain without 4x4 during winter.
I need the rear gate to open from side to side. Not up. I have a dog that goes with me every where. I need to open the glass, put the leash on him, then let him down.
I need to tow 4 wheels down. The new Liberties have the rear gate that opens up. No good for me.
Suggestions ??
