RE: barking dogs (mine)
I cannot sleep with my windows open because of my neighbors yapping mini pinscher and pomeranian. If their dogs bark and it's a burglar, I really wouldn't care and would not do anything about it because he's so inconsiderate about the little mutts. His Jeep has been stolen once and has had two hard tops stolen, gas syphoned out of his cars, catalytic converters stolen....dogs yapping the whole time. The dogs are ALWAYS barking, inside the house and out. I can't go into my backyard without them barking, but it's nothing a 400 watt stereo going through a pair of Klipsch Heresys on my patio with Led Zeppelin cranked until they get a clue can't drown out. ;)
