I have seen these, or similar, in use before at night. You can see them for some distance and you sit wondering what they are until you are close enough see a dark colored vehicle cross-wise in the road. Then it dawns on you "oh, it is suppose to be a flare."
And at $20 each I'll stick with the real tings.

That is exactly why I use shop safe. Once I use a credit card number on an item it goes tilt and the number is dead. I guess after a while they will figure it out. These are the kind of companies we refer to as honest crooks.X2

The reason the unfinished room is not counted is that it is not considered livable space untill it is finished.
As far as heating/cooling you maybe better doing what is called Ductless, mini-split-system heat pumps. Do a search for them. They are not cheap.
Here is two links that will help . A local HVAC contractor should be able to give you more information. Sorry, I am on my iPad and can't make them hot, maybe someone will.

I was told by the "experts" at Lazy Days in Seffner Florida that my coach and all RV's and heavy trucks are all set up to pull to the right by the manufacturer. When I first complained that the coach wouldn't track properly they said it was road crown. Then that changed that to the wind, then oversteering, then the final insult was that the truck was designed that way. This happened of course after I had paid, test drove and came back to complain. Anyone else every handed this story?And how far off the scale was the BS meter? Ask them if they can produce any data to back up their claim. Have them fix it, or if they can't/won't tell them that you will be happy to take it some where else and let them pay for it. Then find a different dealer to spend your money at.
Lazy Days is just being lazy.

I think I received only one e-mail from them when I was looking. It was an "I am-so-and-so and I will be your salesperson.". Later I replied to him saying that I had changed my mind as was looking at a different rig, but since he was my initial contact how did he get credit if I changed my mind. No problem he said as they keep tract by e-mail addresses.
