RE: Help with Pricing

We bought ours from RVWholesalers 3 years ago and could not find anyone that could beat the price we got. It was under 40K OTD delivered to my front door. We got to do the PDI at our own house. I do love our 300MP!!!!

RE: Anyone owne a Keystone Raptor?

We have a 2009 Raptor 300MP. We love it!!! We have used it atleast once a month since we have owned it. Take it to the Desert, Mountains, Ocean. Have had a few minor problems that we have fixed, but expect that with everything you own. Have fun looking!!!

RE: Roof ladder when camping ????

We cut a little off the bottom of ours so it just fits in out 8ft garage. But it is still long enough to reach from the ground when climibing. We store it agains the inside wall when traveling. Fits perfect.

Get rid of the garage for an open bay?

My husband wants to sell our Raptor with the garage and get an open bay. He says when the kids move up in bike/quad size there will not be room. Has anyone done this? If so do you regret it? or are you happy with the open bay? I personally love the garage. It sure helps contain the dirt.

RE: buy new rv out of state

We bought ours from RVWholesalers in Ohio and had it shipped to CA right to our front door. Saved aobut 4K even after paying for it to be shipped. WE did not sign the final papers until we did our own PDI when it arrived. Told them straight out, if it was not what we agreed on we would not sign the papers and they would have to pay the guy to ship it back. All turned out well. Would do it again, just not during the winter months. That salt from the roads sure has done a number on the underside of the trailer. Good luck.

RE: Tires and Leaf Spring

Got the broken leaf spring fixed. Took it to McBrides RV in Chino, CA. Was in and out in no time. Total $128. Would recommend them in a heart beat!!!

RE: Voltage: where do you put your video boxes

The thought came in my head while I am reading this....How nice it is to have your biggest worry be, how do you make all the luxuries of home fit in your toyhauler. How lucky we are!!! Just a quick thought. Continue on....:B

RE: Tires and Leaf Spring

Yeah, no major damage underneath. Thank God. I have heard some horror stories about tires blowing and taking off parts of the trailer. Ours just blew and then smoked alot. Thought we might have a fire at first. But luckily just a blown tire and now bent leaf spring. This could deffinently put a damper on the riding this season. Hope to have it fixed within the next week or so. Looks like I know what is on the Christmas list for us. New shoes and laces for the trailer. ;)

Tires and Leaf Spring

Blew a tire on the way home from our Thanksgiving trip. It made the trailer shift so suddenly it bent one of the leaf springs. Replaced all 4 tires with Michelin XPS Rib on Monday. Now to replace the leaf spring. Wondering if we should do 1, 2, or all 4. Trailer is a 2009 Raptor 300mp. Any suggestions?

RE: So Cal folks without power?

We did not lose power at our house. But this did make me realize how important it is to keep gas and water in the hauler at all times just incase.

RE: Had a break in.

Sorry to hear about the break in. Hope they catch the guys. That is one of the downfalls of parking in storage. Then for those of us that park our trailers at the house, When the trailer is gone then so are the people in the house. Could not be a bigger billboard advertising empty house!!! So there are positives and negatives of both the home parking and the storage parking. It is so sad the world we live in these days. Nothing is safe.

RE: New Forest River XLR 300X10

These aren't the best as it was in my garage, but hopefully it will give you an idea of what it looks like. Hope to have the other ones tomorrow. http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii295/daveindenver/Toyhauler%20XLR%20300X10/IMG_0022.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii295/daveindenver/Toyhauler%20XLR%20300X10/IMG_0030.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii295/daveindenver/Toyhauler%20XLR%20300X10/IMG_0026.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii295/daveindenver/Toyhauler%20XLR%20300X10/IMG_0027.jpg I'm not sure if there is a better way to do the pics? This forum is a little different than some others I've used. I ended up using the link button at the top of the screen and pasted in the direct link URL I got from photobucket. Nice looking trailer. But I think I am more jealous of the garage that it is stored in. I can't even imagine enclosed RV parking in my own yard. :)
