I just realized something...........................................YIKES, I put Dwight and Tom next door to each other. LOL Is there gonna be a cat and dog fight????? hehehe
And here I just sent you an E-mail about the dreaded "cancelling"....I hate to do it but after a small outing on Friday that involved some walking, some sitting, some standing...well, without alot of Great detail, I just dont see my mobility being up to Par for all the activities that make Anaheim so much Fun. As indicated, I hate to do it because Ive never missed this Rally. Sorry :(
OK, I can take a hint. You just didn't want my motor home to look bad by putting yours next to it.

The plant was in northern Indiana, and I saw a Jayflight banner in the background in one shot.
How can a human being work at the pace for an 8 hour day, day after day? The workers have my respect, not so much the manufacturer.

While my dealer has been terrific in the 6 years I have owned my motor home, I did have one issue in which I felt I needed to escalate the problem. I called the service department and got the email addresses of both the owner and the sales manager with no hassle. I then sent an email presenting my side of the situation and not only got a very favorable result but the reply was very quick. So don't be afraid to ask for names, phone numbers, email addresses etc. Another way of handling is to stand in the service dept. while calling the manufacturer on your cell phone. Then put it on speaker.

At the end of visit they list what they bought, what they paid for it, and what they "expect" to sell it for. My wife has an antiques booth, and let me tell you, what you "expect" to sell something for is not necessarily what you end up selling it for. So take those figures with a grain of salt.

Are you folks open to someone just dropping in for a bit to visit?We'll be at Guajome for the grandkids spring break from the 6th to the 16th and will probably be making a couple of runs up towards L.A. to see my niece and her husband and possibly to take the GKs to Knotts or somewhere like that.Not doing Disneyland as they have annuals..
We are having our usual two rallies up here in Wa. One in May and one in August and anyone is invited.
Just how old is Tom ??????:h Old,really old or REALLY REALLY OLD ????
Let's just say I got my free old fart pass for the National Parks last year and leave it at that.
I am not in charge of the rally (or anything else)but I don't see a problem with you stopping by to visit. They will charge you 5 or 6 bucks for a day pass to get into the park.

The guys on the International Space Station thought that they had witnessed a missile launch from the O.C. today. Nah, it was just the candle glow from Tom's Birthday cake.
Hope you had a good one !!!
We had to call the Fire Department to put out all the candles.

Yea, those air museums are very interesting. Lots of fun stuff to see. The museums are at the Chino airport as Tom forgot to mention that. ;-)
Sorry Tom, I figured if you have to tell them where to go, they may not find the museums unless.... that was your goal..lol
Definitely worth the trip out to either.
Dwight, good luck with the knee surgery. Hopefully you will have a speedy recovery. If it hurts too much, have Brunetta just mix you some (2, 3, 4, 5, whatever it takes) pain killers, that should help with the recovery.

For those coming in on Thursday or before, and you want a nice outing on Friday, there are two terrific aircraft museums about 20 minutes away from the campground. Mike and I have been there several times and a few months ago Vince, Ellie and Nicky let me tag along when they went there.

Tom...are you coming in early? in that case, Im NOT!!! All kidding aside, we propably will be in at least one night early, maybe two. This all depends on my ability after Knee replacement which is schedule for 2/20. What Fun!!!
Good luck with the surgery. Have Burnetta or someone keep us posted.

Was the campground in the desert? We stayed somewhere that charged separately for electricity for our 9 night stay, but we were told that when we made the reservation. They also "adjusted" the charge when it exceeded what we were told to expect. And we did run the air conditioners quite a bit. No complaints on our part.

Sometimes there is a cut-out on the bottom frame of the bin. You put the power cord in there and close the door. I had a friend who put one in himself. Not difficult.

If you are looking for "typical" things to do you probably don't want to go to Colter Bay. There is nothing typical about Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. That area is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places on earth. We spent a week at Colter Bay with our 17 year old grandson and were on the go from early morning to evening.

What type of programming you are watching makes a difference. I like HD for sports. It gives more of a feeling of being there, without paying the outrageous prices for a ticket.

I do IT support. First thing I check is "is it plugged in?". Then work my way up through the obvious/easy stuff. I finally figured out that if it works for IT support, it works for any kind of trouble shooting.
