RE: Turkey Fryers
I've also got the Big Easy and cooked my first turkey yesterday. Had already cooked a couple of chickens. I love it, especially not having to mess with all that oil. I'd highly recommend one. I'll probably be selling my frying pot at the next garage sale. I'll keep the burner for fish fries however.

We're on our way home from Mission, Tx. We just spent a month at our place there. It was cooler(by a few degrees)in Mission, than it has been at home in SW Mo! Wish we could have stayed longer.
