RE: Why did it take 1.5 hours & three operators?
Last summer with it being 96 out, I was on a major highway and about 15 miles from a large town in Maryland I had a flat, I called Good Sam and the girl told me it would be 4 hours, this was mid morning and middle of the week, I am 77 but I wasn,t going to set for 4 hours waiting so I changed it my self all time thinking is this good service they talk about, makes me wonder if I should renew this year with them.

My 17th winter in South Florida and I have never come home that within a week I wasn,t wishing I was back in Florida BUT the Campground was only half full when I left and all my friends was gone are going and the rent was due so was time to roll, can,t wait till get back next winter

(RGV again next year. $1,000 cheaper than Florida. Pretty darn windy though.)
Not sure where your staying at that rate , but I am in a county park ( Larry Penny ) south of Miami which is nicer then most parks I have been in and the rate here is 565 dollars a month, lot nicer then resorts I have saw, this my 17th winter here and for sure will be back next year,

Mixed load range tires
On a recent trip I blew a tire, I bought a new one at local tire shop, now home I look and its a load range D all my others are Load range C< the D calls for inflation of 60 PSI the C calls for 50 PSI, if I inflate them that way will it cause a problem?

RE: Frustrations with Good Sam ERS on I-65
You had good service compared to me, I was on a major four lane (Route 15) highway just north of Frederick Maryland and blew a tire, called good Sam and they and told me it would be 4 hours, it was 96 Deg out and I am 76 years old, But a 4 hour wait seem way out of line to me so I changed it my self, I later wrote to Good Sam and complained about there service and they sent me a check for a Hundred dollars, thought about going into the tire changing business for that price,

RE: Wish I could start my FL Journey today.
I am always on the road south on Christmas day BUT this year the wife has to have some back surgery the 29th of Dec so changed my reservations to Jan 24 and hope all goes well so can get there then, this will be the first Jan, that have spent in Pa in 17 years and not looking forward to it but you have to do what you got to do, Wish all a Merry Christmas

I have been going to Florida from Pa for 17 years and I use to leave day after Christmas but never again, its move up and stop traffic, 23rd may be a good day but I have learned that Christmas day I 95 has very little traffic on it,so I leave while ever one is getting up to see what Santa brought, I make it down to Exit 41 in North Carolina first day then after that traffic isn,t bad, on that day I take 15 to 270, hit the belt way around D C (no traffic) and drop onto I 95

FLA-GYPSY You made my point, it gets COLD in north Florida in Jan and Feb, most snow birders want warmer then 30 deg at night, spending a bundle to get to warm weather I expect warm weather.

I traveled I 95 17 winters and Christmas day is agreat day to travel it, I leave that day, the day after Christmas its move up and stop , ran into that to many times, Take soem food because only thing open is truck stops and very little to eat there, gas pumps even tho closed you can use.

RE: Sanitizing Your RV Water Hose
In Florid the Hot son gets to making the water taste bad so about once a month I drain my hose pour in some bleach then hook both ends together , roll it around till it has run all around the hose, dump it and hook it up to water run fresh water though it till bleach smell is gone, good for another month.
