The 2001 F250 V10 is running good but getting older- Over 100,000 on her-
Anyone share any modifications/upgrades on this engine to give me some more pulling power? She does ok- have the 4.30 rear but just looking for anything else that might be out there

hose clamp identification
I have a leak in my supply hose feeding the water heater. The leak was from the brass fitting which I was able to get another one- The issue is the clamp used by factory to attach hose to fitting is not the screw type- In order to get it off- we had to cut it. Does anyone know what these clamps are called?? I tried the screw type- but it does not put enough pressure on the hose to stop the leak- I will hit the hardware store tomorrow and look but was wondering what those "Crimp" style hose clamps were called

AC issue
OK-
AC worked fine all weekend- (yes was hot and ran a lot)
Now here is what happens:
With the thermostat in OFF position- sound like just the compressor is running (no fan)- only way to shut off is to turn off breaker.
When you turn thermostat to ON- Fan goes on (sounds like compressor is on too)- but in OFF position like I said- Compressor only.....
Thoughts?
