finally packed.. only 12,930 miles to go.
Finally got mh all packed... off to Washington State, BC, Alaska (June 1 thru Labor Day), Alberta and be back home in TN around Thanksgiving 2011 (12,930 miles). I have to be back by 12-12-12... the end of the world.
See y'all on the highways.

Are you plugged into 30 amp service.... verify that your outlet at the pedestal is working.
Do you have anything else running on 120 ac ? Do you have an EMS... maybe it shed the ac to allow other appliances to work.
Turn all 120 volt ac appliances off. Turn converter off. check all circuit breakers.
Turn ac on

I would 1. unhook from shore 2. Turn all ac circuit breakers to off including main. 3, Start genset. 4. Are you getting 120 volts to house distribution panel. If not go back to transfer switch and see if you are getting 120 there.
5. Turn main cb on. 6. turn on rest of 120 circuit breakers on one at a time.
What happens and when?

I always take a hose and fill rv using a hose from potable water at the dump station.
Use bottled water for drinking. You can wash dishes in the sink outside the resr rooms.
Use their restrooms.
Your 90 gallon tank will last a long time.

Better check on how much is owed... what would be the payout? Compare to prices for a silular unit. the problem with mh's is like the real etate market... people owe more than the property is worth.

Condition of Brakes, tires, batteries.
Make sure all appliances work... don't just take owners word on it... hook up to shore power and check ac's... everything... then unhook, and try everything.
Look for signs of leaks...
Look at condition of the roof.
Check all plumbing.... water pump, faucets.. gray and black tank controls.
Look at exterior for signs ... delamination...
