New Phone - What to get

I have the choice of these 4 phones. Which would you choose
1. Iphone 4 (not the 4S)
2. Samsung Galaxy S2
3. Samsung Galaxy Nexus
4. HTC One V
These are the ones my company says to pick from.
Which would you choose. So far I am leaning to the Samsung Galaxy S2. If you would choose different - why?
Thanks in advance

RE: Spark Plug Wire

Any idea how to remove the old boot off the wire or do I have to replace the whole assembly?

Spark Plug Wire

I have a GIO 950i generator which I discovered today has a broken spark plug elbow. So it will no longer connect to the plug. Any advice on how I go about fixing this problem? Will generic parts be something I should be able to find?

RE: Cheaper - Propane or Electricity?

Yes long term seasonal Site. My FW has not moved in five years. We do have our own power meter.

RE: Cheaper - Propane or Electricity?

Two heaters @ 750 Watts, when I mentioned that I run all three. I meant I run my two heaters on low (750 Watts) and the furnace all at the same time.

RE: Cheaper - Propane or Electricity?

tonight temps are supposed to dip to -6C or 21F. My underbelly is enclosed. I have heat tape on my water supply line. I would never go without the propane as it heats the underbelly. I am just trying to find a good balance that is the most economical option. I could live at 58 but my wife cannot.

RE: Cheaper - Propane or Electricity?

I am trying to maintain 18 degrees C or 64 degrees F. The electric heaters are set on lowest settings (750W).

Cheaper - Propane or Electricity?

I am having some colder nights lately and have my propane furnace and a couple of electric radiators. It costs me $26.00 for a 30 pound bottle of propane and my seasonal campground charges me .14 per kw/h. Right now I run all three when it is cold. If I don't run the electrics the furnace runs pretty steady. Would I be better off to run just the furnace? Or supplement with the electrics? I await your replies.

Cold Spell - Heat Tape Purchase

We have moved to our seasonal site for the year. Last night the temps dipped to -5C or 23F but was below freezing for many hours in a row. Before I went to sleep last night, I disconnected the water hose and opened the low point drains. Of course the furnace was on all night so I wasn't worried about any of the lines inside the trailer. When I woke this morning, the water line was frozen and so was the tap. Today I bought some heat tape to wrap the line and tap with. Any advice from any of you that have experienced this? Have I jumped the gun? Just don't want to be without water for the wife and kids.

2011 F150 XLT Fog Lights

This past weekend I lost my drivers side fog light including the bracket. Now I just have a gaping hole. I would like to replace this - where would be the cheapest place to purchase everything I need? I still have the pigtail for the light but nothing else. Damn wet snow and a crazy driver headed in the opposite direction threw a bunch of wet snow and it was heavy enough to knock the light right out of my bumper.

RE: Am I crazy? - Middle of March

Went out and hooked up the battery, fired up the generator and opened up the slides. Turned on the furnace and it did not take long to warm up. Enjoyed some of the afternoon out at the lake. Ice still on the lake and thousands of geese out there right now. I know where I will be spending lots of time after work.

Am I crazy? - Middle of March

I live in SK, Canada and we are having some of the nicest temps ever for March. We have almost zero snow left on the ground. At my seasonal site the power is still turned off, but I feel like hauling my generator out there tomorrow and opening up my FW and just enjoying the weekend. Am I crazy? Maybe I should just leave it as I will be away the next three weekends, maybe I should just wait to open it up the second weekend in April. Just the weather has been so nice and I just feel like doing it. I must be crazy as it is mid march and in the ten years I have had this site, I have never opened it up this early.

Cradlepoint CTR350 Router

I need some clarification. Will this router act as a repeater by picking up a campground wifi signal and repeat it so that all of my wireless devices will pick it up? Others I am looking at is the CTR35 also by Cradlepoint and the Wifi Ranger. I like the 350 because I can pick one up fairly cheap. Thanks in advance for your advice.

RE: Dishwasher plumbing question

The instructions also assume that everyone has 3/8 waterlines.

RE: Dishwasher plumbing question

All I could find locally was 3/4 to 3/8. My line is 1/2 inch so I used a 1/2 sharkbite to attach to the water line. The other end is a 3/4 screw on fitting. Now is just need a 3/4 to 3/4 elbow one end that screws onto the dishwasher and the other end to accept the line attached to my 1/2 water line.

Dishwasher plumbing question

This has nothing to do with my RV but thought I would ask here anyways. I was installing my new Maytag dishwasher today and I have a problem. I need a 90 degree elbow that screws onto the dishwasher 3/4" but it is coarse thread? The other end of the elbow needs to be male 3/4" fine thread. I could not find such a beast locally. Do you know where I can find such an item? I redid all of the lines with pex and sharkbite connectors. I have a braided 3/4 line that leads off the pex to the dishwasher and I need it to hook into this elbow. What a pain in my rear end!
