RE: Class A gassers

My class C Jayco MH V10 engine was derated from 362 HP to 300 HP because it doesn't breathe as good in the E450 chassis. My current class A Winnebago can run the full 362 HP because it breathes better. Take it for what it's worth.

RE: LED Lights Upgrade

These ebay lights work great for me. Warm white color and about a quarter the draw of the standard bulb. Can't beat $5 apiece. You'll have to do some mods to wire them in, but no big deal. I broke the glass off of the installed bulbs and soldered wires from one of the adapters onto them.

RE: How many years on the job before retiring?

Thanks ever one, that was interesting. I did not think there would be many who
worked for the same Company for 30 or 40 years. Actually who would be that crazy
or dedicated
(Those of us who were working toward a pension, put up with a lot of******for a lot of years.)
X2
However I actually enjoyed my job for all of those years!!

RE: How many years on the job before retiring?

Retired at 60 after 42 years Federal Civil Service. Had a very interesting career in electronics and then IT. It was always something I enjoyed. Worked on enough different equipment and different jobs so it never got boring. Most fun was working shipboard radar.

RE: Evryones TC moisture/condensation issue solved!

These desiccant products don't have near enough capacity for any kind of RV. Their size would be about right for a hope chest. I've been using a dehumidifier for several years now. This time of year I can expect it to pull a pint or two a day out of the air.

RE: Leaking Skylight

My Sightseer was only 2 years old when my skylight started leaking. BAD! The Dicor self leveling caulking had pulled away from the corners. I wasn't going to try the same thing again that had failed previously. I used Eternabond and was pleased with the outcome. Might not look like a million dollars but it doesn't leak and I have complete confidence that it never will. Eternabond is some very good stuff if properly applied. That includes cleaning off ALL of the previous caulking.
