RE: LED Light Fires?

I have had one LED short out, but that is what the fuses are for. As far as buying cheap Chinese LED's, I would rather buy five dollar ones direct from China than the twenty dollar ones from an American distributor and they are still made in China. I have done it both ways for a few hundred dollars worth and have had bad luck with a couple lights on both. I would do it again as they are great power savers.

RE: OOOPS, it happened again

Back on the road. Been in state parks last few days so no internet. All resolved. Tower paid for all damage to truck, about $450, just as he said he would. Engine problem was simply air. Grrrrrr! I know what to do if it happens again. Cost us $250 & a visit to see Elvis in Memphis for the DW. Ah, the joys of these long trips. Be prepared to make changes to plans or have them made for you. Thanks for the outcome but I have a couple questions. "Tower paid for all damage to truck, about $450" I thought the truck was undamaged in the incident? "Engine problem was simply air." Please pardon my ignorance, but what does that mean? Thanks for any additional info, we all like to learn new stuff on here. Especially me cause I am frequently on the side of the road with my legs sticking out fixing stuff :B:B:B

RE: Can't find oil filler cap for 1980 ford cutaway motorhome.

Mine is a 1984 Ford 460 and the oil fill hole is in the driver’s side valve cover toward the front of the engine (closest to the radiator.) You may find like mine it has an adapter twisted into the valve cover with a rubber hose attached that goes to a metal tube extended up and to the front for easy filling.

RE: Frozen adult beverage

Help! I have lost the recipe for the frozen lemonade and vodka with pinapple juice. It was on here several years ago. Can anyone help? it is almost summer time!! I bet you can just mix it until it tastes good ... and freeze it ... do some test runs :) I will generously volunteer to drink the mistakes! :B

RE: New window in door The best !

We will be passing through Elkhart, IN where this is. I plan to order and pick one up on the way. I'm excited! I hate that blurry window! Thanks for all the input. Nice to hear of happy purchases! I gotta tell you, my rig is old and tired, it is an 84. I only plan to keep it until the this set of tires have had it in about three years. But this window is so nice, I know I am going to have to install one!

RE: A very old stray {The Old Fella Story}

"I am having new tires and wheels put on the camper next week and this should put an end to tire failure unless I run over something which can always happen. " Another set of tires? You must be upgrading to new rims for some reason? Thanks for the info and have a great day! Gary I am going to G614 Good Year tires and that requires a wheel or rim that will hold 110 PSI. Nice Upgrade!

RE: Camping World Online Purchase Complaint

This has happened to me too, how do I know I will be home when they deliver if I don't know when that is? I have to follow up with a phone call and cancel the BO items, big time waster for everyone.
