Eclipse is a great company and they make a very nice product. We have been very happy with our trailer and the service from the factory. I don't have experience with other trailer manufacturers but I would not buy anything else if I were to be purchasing another trailer.

My dealings with eclipse have always been a pleasure. They have in my opinion gone over and above at times. I have nothing bad to say about them. At times I have found it takes longer than expected to get a return phone call, but once I talk to someone, my issues are addressed. Sorry you had a bad experience. I would not boycott them just yet.
